I clearly remember my first visit with Dr. Chal. I
had absolutely no high expectations for this visit with yet another
dentist because I had been on a "dentistry roller coaster ride" for the
past twenty years, which left me with constant pain around my left eye,
grinding and popping in my jaw, an extreme overbite, and crowns on my
upper front teeth (replaced for the third time) that were wearing away the
surfaces on my lower front teeth.
I had no idea that day in Dr. Chal's office was going to take me on a
journey of dentistry I never knew existed! First off, I did not know there
were dentists with the training, experience, and credentials of Dr. Chal.
He explained to me how important it was to carefully research and diagnose
my problems before attempting to start any dental work. For the first time
in many years I felt a ray of hope!
I would spend the next several months under the watchful eye of Dr.
Chal while he studied my problems. I was measured, molded, x-rayed, and
photographed from every angle inside and outside my mouth. During this
diagnostic stage, Dr. Chal worked closely with a team of specialists in
making his decisions. Dr. Chal's extensive research and study throughout
the United States and Europe have afforded him access to the most recent
and sophisticated restorative dental treatment available.
Finally, it was time to start the actual dental work! Thanks to the
latest equipment, totally pain-free treatment, the skills of Dr. Chal, and
the most professional staff I have ever encountered, the restoration process
was a breeze for me. When I had an appointment with Dr. Chal, I was the
appointment at that time ... there was no assembly line running from room
to room. His staff, Jane and Lisa, were always courteous, efficient, and
were there to meet my every need.
Today I have just about completed all of my dental work with Dr. Chal.
I no longer am embarrassed to smile. I have a beautiful smile, healthy
gums, and I'm pain free!
